1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns must be approved by Taager Platform before sending the product back.
2. How to Request a Return

We will submit your request to Taager Platform for approval.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued after the return is approved and received.

Refunds will cover the product price only, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed via Cash on Delivery adjustments or bank transfer, depending on Taager’s rules.
